About this sitter
I am 55 years old very independent, resourceful, respectful, confident, honest and most importantly I am a kind soul and lover of all animals. I enjoy spending time with all animals, birdwatching, gardening, cooking, reading, traveling. I enjoy my own company and have no hesitation housesitting/pet sitting solo.
Why they want to house sit
My main reason to housesit is for a change of scenery and relaxation. I no longer have pets and miss their company. I enjoy traveling and being immersed in a new setting. I feel housesitting is an excellent way to get to know a new place. However, my primary responsibility will be the care of your home and your pets and keeping them company. I will not leave them to go out gallivanting!

Amazing Cynthia!!!
I cannot recommend Cynthia highly enough. She took on our assignment with enthusiasm and expertise. I was away for close to three weeks, and from the moment I met Cynthia, I knew that I could "rest easy" leaving my home and two cats in her care. She was well-organized in approach, and very friendly from the moment we met. She really connected with my pets, so that they were comfortable and relaxed with her. She truly bonded with them, with true care and fondness for them. I received updates from her via multiple "channels." When I got home, I not only found an impeccably tidy house, but....drumroll....a prepared lasagna in the fridge, and fresh bread in the freezer, because she wanted me to have some comfort food after a long day of travel. HOW KIND!!! Even after the assignment, she has checked in on how my kitties are doing. Even my neighbors have told me how much they enjoyed meeting her!

Amazing house sitter
Cindy looked after our home for two weeks while we traveled in Greece. We have two dogs and a flock of chickens and she was very thorough, loving and steadfast in caring for them. In addition, she helped coordinate a plumbing repair to the heating system, and some of one of our dog's nicks and scratches after they got into a scuffle. She stayed in touch consistently during our travels and sent pictures of the animals which was very reassuring. She was also conscientious about staying in touch but not disturbing us with any unneeded questions during our trip. We arrived home to a home that was spic and span clean, all the plants and animals healthy, happy and loved. I would not hesitate to recommend her for house-sits, and she will definitely go on my short-list for any travels we do in the future.
