About this sitter
I’m looking for homes around Europe for either long or short term sitting assignments. I can accommodate a long term arrangement providing a safe, protective and secure environment for your home, pets and property, Including grounds keeping, maintenance services and staff management, depending on your requirements.

I am a EU citizen living in Europe and enjoy looking after houses all around the world. It is something I have always done. I always keep properties at the highest level of standards.

What can they bring to the assignment
I have looked after many pets, including dogs, cats, chickens and farm animals on properties in the past. I really enjoy spending a lot of time with animals and I know their requirements.
Making them feel comfortable while their owners are abroad. Going for big walks and giving them a lot of love and attention and assisting in anyway possible with daily medications.
I can arrange to maintain your gardens and do work around the property if you require work completed while you are away. This can be arranged with the assignment as needed. As have had a lot of experience in grounds keeping, gardening and house maintenance. Depending on your needs I will work with in your requirements.
I have had a lot of experience in garden and property maintenance ranging from project management to landscape gardening. Including pool maintenance, hedging hedges and of course basic daily watering of pot plants.
I like to keep the house and property in a clean, tidy and immaculate condition as if it were my own and definitely have a sharp eye for detail. I pride myself in providing a first class service. See references. Current Police Check supplied.

House sit with cats in Tuscany 2019
For two weeks in October Julian looked after our three Singapore moggies and the village house they rule with iron paws. He swiftly managed to befriend them (the female boss cat is a bit standoffish), give one of them medication and pander to the small group of outside cats who take advantage of our larder and soft natures. Julian kept us well informed about the cats welfare with regular calls and messages so we were able to relax and get on with the business side of our trip. He maintained the house in great order and befriended at least half the village and our friends. He is a genuinely friendly, approachable person with a big heart and we really enjoyed spending time with him before and after our trip. On our return, he cooked us a delicious curry and the house was beautifully clean, the cat litter in perfect order and the cats suitably contented. In short, we would not hesitate to recommend Julian for any type of pet or house sit. We feel lucky to have met him and would be delighted to respond to any requests for further information. Excellent Catsitter and great helper
We contacted Julian few weeks before his coming and immediately we had a positive impression. We fixed dates and everything was easy to sort out even if we had little time left before our flight. Naomi, the Queen, received all the attention, Julian enjoyed his stay by sightseeing the area, Venice and other places. He kept us informed through whatsapp about the house, the cat and the weather in Italy (we live in a area with frequent storms). When we returned we found the house perfectly clean and tidy, Naomi was fine and he also prepared a dinner for us. I can recommend Julian for your house and your animals.
