About this sitter
Bernard 69 ans directeur commercial en informatique retraité, Monique 67 ans professeur des écoles retraitée. Nous sommes en couple depuis 30 ans maintenant. Nous habitons en France, la proche banlieue toulousaine. Nous sommes sérieux et dynamiques. Nous aimons les voyages, la lecture, les balades.
En dehors de nos voyages, nous occupons notre retraite en essayant de nous rendre utiles. Bernard donne bénévolement des cours d'informatique à l'Amicale Loisirs et culture de notre petite ville et fait partie du club de randonnée. Pour ma part, je suis bénévole dans une Association intermédiaire d'aide au retour à l'emploi. Conjointement nous gérons le site informatique d'un club de football.

Le gardiennage est un moyen pour nous de voyager et de visiter des régions et des pays que nous ne connaissons pas tout en nous rendant utiles.

Nous avons de l'expérience dans le home-sitting, des gardiennages en France (y compris Martinique, Guadeloupe, Réunion, Nouvelle-Calédonie), en Belgique, Angleterre, Espagne, Italie, Portugal, Irlande, Suisse, Thaïlande, Etats-Unis, Canada et République Dominicaine et nous sommes toujours revenus enchantés de nos escapades qui nous ont permis de visiter de belles régions et de garder des animaux très attachants. Nous avons également fait de belles connaissances humaines avec la rencontre de nos hôtes.

What Fantastic Housesitters!
Monique and Bernard were wonderful housesitters. They were everything I could have wished for. They adored my cat and sent updates and photos during the month and a half we were away. They took such good care of the house and gardens. Everything inside was spotless and all my outside gardens flourished in spite of dry weather. They were always polite and considerate. Nothing was damaged and everything was in its place. I wouldn't hesitate to have them back again! I highly recommend them.

Monique and Bernard were what anyone could hope for! They took care of my 2 cats for 25 days. They were courteous, friendly people and left my house in such great order. Graciously, they had food in the fridge for me when I returned and cooked dinner for me when I arrived after my 30 hours of travel. I highly recommend Monique and Bernard. Our native languages were different, but we managed to communicate pretty well with what we knew and used Google translate when we needed. Janice

Deliziosa coppia dalla Francia
Abbiamo avuto il piacere e l'onore di conoscere Monique e Bernard questa estate, sono venuti dal sud della Francia fin qui a Udine per prendersi cura dei nostri animali domestici, delle piante e dell'orto. Sono una coppia di grande esperienza per "house-sitting" , totalmente affidabili e precisi, molto attenti alle necessità e al benessere degli animali, hanno annaffiato regolarmente tutte le piante. Quando siamo tornati abbiamo trovato la casa pulita e riordinata, ci hanno perfino fatto trovare pronta una squisita cena. Sono due persone di massima serietà e rispettabilità. Speriamo con molto piacere di rivederci in futuro. Grazie tante Monique e Bernard!

Recommended
Monique and Bernard have just finished house sitting for us while we were away for four weeks. They arrived on time laden with bottles of wine and pate for us! They kept in touch while we were away to reassure us that everything was ok. On our return the house was tidy and clean. The garden well tended. They kindly left us an evening meal which was much appreciated as we were tired and jet lagged. We would strongly recommended them to anyone.
