Hello there :)

I am a single, online worker; originally from south London, I am now lucky enough to live on the south coast of England. I speak six languages.

I started house sitting, almost full-time, in 2017.
I genuinely adore animals, and their company, so it really has been such a wonderful experience to be able to house sit, do a little work and spend quality time with a huge variety of furballs. Their routine becomes my routine x as I write, my latest charge is snuggled up next to me on the sofa x

House sitting has allowed me to travel the world and immediately become part of any community I find myself in. The animals in my care are always my absolute priority, and I have been fortunate enough to be able to support owners with animals, with a variety of issues and challenges. Some have been physical (have cared for blind and deaf pets) others psychological (I have substantial experience with anxious furballs and / or those with traumatic pasts.

Why they want to house sit

House sitting, for me, isn`t about staying in (very beautiful! ) homes, but about being able to spend time with the animals I care for, making the environment as calm, safe and fun for them, as possible. One never feels alone, whether I`m working, reading, doing yoga or just watching tv.

As a writer and animal lover, it`s a lovely combination.

I am genuinely clean, tidy and quiet (see dull, lol), and am very security conscious.

If there is something I really like, it`s enabling very anxious animals to feel very safe and calm - this especially applies to those beings with special needs, senior furballs and those who just need a little more kindness and patience.

Their experience

I have extensive experience in all types of house sitting in the UK, and abroad (Brazil and Switzerland, for example) - this includes administering medication, again, caring for all animals of all ages. The biggest brood cared for was seven - all cats; they were awesome :)).

I also ensure the property is clean, well-maintained and cared for - I have helped in resolving various issues that have come up, such as water leaks.

What can they bring to the assignment

I am a genuine person, so all one can do really,is reiterate the genuine love for animals I really do have; a conscientious, quiet nature and, by working online meaning the property and fur babies are rarely left empty / alone, which has stood me in great stead in the past :).
