Reliable and Flexible Swiss Couple

About this sitter

We are a Swiss couple who have travelled a lot and want to discover new places around the globe. Combined with being helpful to somebody else who is travelling housesitting seems to be a wonderful idea to us. We're in our early 50s, are still physically fit and with lots of power and energy.

Why they want to house sit

Experience something new! We have travelled extensively but there are still many places around the globe which are unknown to us. Being a housesitter we would discover a new side of life in an area, much closer to "real life" than when just moving through. Being longer in a neighbourhood and walking out the pets also allows you to meet the locals which is a great benefit.

Their experience

Haven't done any housesitting yet... However we do own our own home in Switzerland that has a huge garden so we know firsthand about the daily work it brings. Also we therefore understand the need to get a house sitter who understands fully and truly cares about the home, animals and pets, the garden and indoor plants and all things pertaining to the home.

What can they bring to the assignment

Susanne has grown up on a farm in Switzerland, has worked with cows, sheep, goats, horses, cats, dogs, chickens etc. She is a fully qualified chef, educator and social worker, therefore has learned about the many sides of life.
Yves is a qualified Forest Engineer and has been self-employed for over 20 years. Together we have gained a broad range of experiences which has resulted in us being reliable and flexible, organized and caring and with the ability to be able to problem solve in a great variety of difficult situations, We will look after your home, garden and pets as if they were our own.
