About this sitter
Before selling my house, I was a host on AirBnB. Many people came through my home. Now, I am a full-time digital nomad with my daughter. I work from anywhere and she can go to school from anywhere, so long as the internet is good! I am respectful of space, things, and others.
Why they want to house sit
I would like to travel with my daughter to show her the world in an authentic way. We are quiet, clean tenants. She loves animals! We have had turtles, hamsters, tropical fish, an African grey bird, dogs, a guinea pig, and a dozen chickens in the past as pets!
Their experience
Yes, I have hosted others from around the world. I have stayed in the homes of others at times but I am new to this house-sharing platform. We just spent a month on a farm in Iceland.
What can they bring to the assignment
Good vibes. I am an easy-going person. I come and go peacefully. I clean, I can fix things, I will not interfere with your stuff or pry. We're just passing through and being helpful while we are at it. My life motto: "leave it better than you found it."

Great and reliable house sitter
Yves took care of our 2 guinea pigs, 20 kg and active dog, the cat and 500 m2 garden that needed watering almost every day. Yves arranged Whatsapp video call before coming, so we could see each other and talk about details. She is sociable, interesting and communicative person. We spent morning together and then we left, but we stayed in touch by Whatsapp. We got photos how our pets are doing. Cat even spent some time at home while usually he keeps away. Yves collected shipments for me = I am very grateful. We came back after Yves departure as we agreed. She left everything in super order, better than it was before. Animals looked happy and garden was thriving. I strongly recommend Yves as a house sitter.

Lovely experience, wonderful house sitter.
Yves and her daughter looked after our two dogs while we were away over Christmas time. This was our first time using this platform so we were a bit anxious, but the experience was wonderful. Yves and her daughter were very friendly and lovely people and took great care of our pets. They were very neat and respectful. Communication was great and I had no worries at all about leaving our house and the dogs in their care. All in all it was a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic house sitter! Highly recommended
Yvonne and Leigh were outstanding house sitters. They were warm and loving with our furbabies, and they took outstanding care of our 2 on-site homes and greenhouse. Throughout our time away, they provided us with regular updates and sweet pictures of our pets to let us know everything was well taken care of. Leigh was also handy around the property repairing a couple of broken towel racks and identifying issues with tripped breakers in both houses. We were very fortunate to have found them, and we highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services in the future.

A highly recommended housesitter
Yvonne and her young daughter took excellent care of our little dog and provided him with lots of love and attention during an extended trip. They also cared for our house and garden. We never had a moment's worry during our travel. This was our first experience with MindMyHouse, and we highly recommend Yvonne.
