About this sitter
We are a young retired couple who have been out cruising on our now sold catamaran for the last eight years. We had occasional breaks house sitting along the way. We sold the boat, but we still like to travel. We have family and friends all across the country, so we are always going somewhere. We like to stop smell the roses, and pet the dogs. We love animals but can't really have any with our lifestyle. Your pets will get lots of love and extra attention. We love to walk, hike and watch a lot of movies So if it's long walks your dog likes or personal attention for your cat, we can fill the bill.
Why they want to house sit
We like to visit and spend time in new areas. House sitting gives us the opportunity to relax and enjoy locations that we may not have had the opportunity to see otherwise. Plus we get to love on that faithful friend and companion that we can't have otherwise.
Their experience
We sat 4 months at a remote location in Panama with two dogs and a cat..
We sat 1 month in Alaska with two big dogs that loved to hike.
Many other one week or less sits from Rhode Island to California.
We've taken care of big birds, fish and one time even a snake.
We are happy to provide references.
What can they bring to the assignment
We are mature, relaxed and competent. Dogs, Cats and exotic pets are all within our skill level. (well maybe not lions and tigers:) We've sat with animals with special needs and puppies that were just weened.
Being self sufficient on our sailboat gave us the experience to handle many different types of issues from mechanical to medical.

They are experienced in a variety of housesit settings and very upbeat and positive, great with the dogs. Dogs were happy and loved on and got their twice daily walks and meds. Brian and Anna
We couldn't have made a better choice that Brian and Anna to house sit for us. This was the first time we've had a house sitter take care of our dog and our experience with Brian and Anna was so good that we'll definitely be doing it again. They got along with our dog so well that when we came home we thought she'd rather stay with them than us! Brian and Anna were also happy to accommodate all our requests (like daily walk length), and we really appreciated that they provided regular detailed updates while we were away. Superb sitter couple, independent, fun and reliable
I had the pleasure of hosting Brian and Anna, who in turn looked after my playful ginger cat Grogo, and my TTDI flat for slightly over two weeks while I was in Thailand. I came home to a relaxed and chilled Grogo, a neat and tidy flat, and appreciated the fact that they followed my sitting guide. Throughout my travels I received regular updates from Brian and Anna, and plenty of videos and photos of Grogo. I highly recommend this adventurous couple, and would trust them with Grogo and my home again, I hope they had a good time in TTDI, as a entry to visiting Malaysia. I wish them the best in their Southeast Asian travels.

Amazing House Sitters and Pet Lovers
The thought of leaving my home and beloved pets for a month with people I had only met online was hard, but I got such great feedback after talking to them and reading their references that I thought they would be a good fit. I never imagined they would exceed my expectations. From the first they quickly bonded with my pup and kitties. They took great care of my house, spoiled my fur-babies (just as I do) and even dealt with a really difficult situation as my oldest cat passed away. I can't say enough good things about this kind, caring and loving couple. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to have them stay at my house again - in fact it would be an honor.

Super Ship Shape
Brian and Anna did a great job watching our pets and taking care of our house. They're super friendly and very conscientious. All our crazy requests were followed to the T. Our parrot Chewy seemed really attached to them based on the photos they sent us while we were away. They even cleaned out my coffee maker, which was a wonderful surprise on our return. I got lots of pics of our Great Dane too. She can be a handful, lol. They drove right in and took Rey on some nice hikes and walks around the neighborhood.

Awesome Housesitters
We were very fortunate that Brian and Anna found us as we didn’t think anyone was going to respond to our ad. They turned out to be wonderful dog/housesitters. They took very good care of my two chihuahuas which was our primary concern. Our two doggies became very attached to them and were sad to see them leave. Our fingers are crossed that they will return for another housesit. I highly recommend them for any house sits they may apply for.
