About this sitter
We have been best friends over forty years and grew up in a small town in Alberta. We live in Calgary and Airdrie. We are both retired and our husbands are still working. Tracy is a retired pre-school teacher and Sharon is a retired accountant from Shell. We would enjoy exploring and experiencing new places. We both love to get exercise with our dogs in the great outdoors.
Why they want to house sit
We want to take this time while our husbands are still working and travel on a budget. We are both home and pet owners so we are knowledgeable about property and animal care. We have been travelling together for years and want to try something new that suits our lifestyle. Having a home base and going out exploring. If we have a dog, it’s just like home.
Their experience
This is a new endeavour for both of us to house sit. Tracy has owned cats and dogs her whole life and Sharon has owned a couple dogs over the last 20 years. We’re both parents of young adult children. Sharon has two kids on the west coast and one on the east coast.

Wonderful, caring house sitters
We were so happy to have Sharon and Tracy stay in our home and care for our dog. They did a great job. When we returned our house was cleaning tidy and our dog was very happy. They were really good about giving her daily medications and taking her on walks. Communications were easy, they always responded promptly to our emails or other messages. They kept us informed about our dogs status during their stay which made us feel comfortable. We would highly recommend them and would gladly have them stay again.
