Over the last few years I have traveled all over the world. My wife Inna and I were just married in April 2023. Since I have lived in Lower Michigan my entire life, My wife and I now wish to spend extended time during the winter in warm weather.

Why they want to house sit

We are avid users of Airbnb to discount our travel costs. Minding people's homes in areas that you want to be is even better. Since We get along with people wherever I go, and have been trustworthy in all cases, it's a win-win for all.

Their experience

I had watched over vacationing friends' houses since I was a teen. I have always related well and held their trust. For some reason I have always liked a change of venue. I have watched homes and pets many times. Since being employed full-time for years I have not had long stretches of time to work with. I actually spent a week in Ontario for a couple who had 4 cats. One needed to stay separate from the others and another was known to not be friendly. I "charmed" it. That was listed on this site a few summers ago. I have also done a WorkAway which I really enjoyed in Morocco. I received a glowing review, which I can share.

What can they bring to the assignment

I am helpful and will follow all instructions given. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. I am a handyman and painter. Good with building and electrical work. My respectful care of property and my natural love for animals serve me well in providing trusted care. I have had an orange male cat about 38 years of my life. My memorable 15 and then 16 year olds, and then the current 12 yr old (7 yrs with me). Animals generally sense my love. They will act as their caretaker/owner molds them to be.
