Couple Available to Housesit and Petsit for you! We seek warm weather, WiFI and a coffee maker. We both have remote job assignments that we can do anywhere with an internet connection. This flexibility allows for us to wander a bit.

Rachel works in communications and publishes the weekly newsletter The Real Rachel BS on Substack. Having a constant change of scenery keeps her imagination alive. Mat is a technology consultant and supports a variety of clientele. From troubleshooting personal computers to managing local area networks and cloud based services. New environments give us inspiration. And, we are proud to say throughout our myriad of housesits, we haven't lost a single Roomba in our care...

Their experience

Together we have decades of rental property management, facility management and building repair and maintenance experience. We are safety minded, detail oriented and technically inclined. We manage On-Grid and Off-Grid properties: farms, condominiums, houses, yurts and apartment complexes. Emergency Preparedness trained and certified. Vaccinated and Quadruple-Boosted. Non-Smokers. Pescatarians. Minimalists.

And, we love animals!

Experience with large and small Dogs, Cats, Chickens, Birds, Fish and Goats. We have cared for several pets with special needs: allergies, seizures, arthritis, medicated, IBS, and anxiety. We are Pet CPR/First Aid Certified with the American Red Cross.

What can they bring to the assignment

In addition to the care of your home and your pets, we are also available for paid house/landscaping/technical projects that can occur during our sit. We are both Independent Contractors/Consultants. All client assignments remain confidential.
