I am a Buddhist practitioner who has created beautiful living and working environments professionally for 35 years. I try to surround myself in nature's beauty (indoors and out) so very much appreciate other's environments that reflect their own sense of beauty and attention.

It is a way to create a situation of reciprocal giving. I can help home owners feel safe while they are away, knowing their home and animals are well cared for and loved.

Yes, I have house sat off and on for a few years, mostly for clients in Washington and California or for friends who travel extensively and/or have summer homes.

What can they bring to the assignment

I have 35 years experience as an independent interior architect and landscape designer.

In several situations I have helped facilitate small construction and landscape projects while the home owners/clients are away as well as tend to their gardens and beloved pets. I have good rapport with animals and love them. I appreciate an organized,
beautifully appointed home and make sure I maintain it in the way I find it.
