About this sitter
Ann has the brains and John has the beauty! Life is short so we want unique adventures to experience life differently than the status quo. Travel and pets are two of our favorite things, combining them is a perfect fit for us. We are grateful to have time to enjoy and help others. Ready to go with a smile on our face and laughter in our heart.

Dog and home owners for 25+ years who understand the ongoing upkeep required for a calm environment. John has 25+ years as a homeowner insurance adjuster, keenly aware of home maintenance issues and challenges. Ann's background includes business management, training, and creative problem solving.
Having always had dogs growing up, our first dog together was Ziggy, a Shepard/Rottweiler mix, who we had for 16 wonderful years. Next came our rescue Hannah, a 6 yr old, 125 lb Great Dane mix who had been at the shelter way too long. Hannah was dog aggressive yet was goofy and loved people. She made us laugh for 3 years before passing from cancer. Next came our 9 month foster dog Milo. Milo was an adventurous, talkative 5 yr border collie/husky mix. We had the honor of fostering Milo for PACT Military Program while his dad was deployed in the U.S. Army. When home we also help out with a local non-profit rescue “Furget me Not”
We have completed multiple successful house/dog sits with mind my house as noted by the attached testimonials.

Great Pet Sitters!!!
This was the first time I was leaving my dogs for more than a few days but all my girls were so well taken care of by John and Ann that i was able to relax and enjoy my vacation. I received timely updates and photos that made me smile: it was as if my dogs were at a loving grandpas home. John and Ann were clean and respectful of the home and would be welcomed back anytime. i highly recommend them.

Kind and Attentive Care
John and Ann are a lovely couple. We had an opportunity to meet via video and then for about an hour in my home before I departed for the airport. I never had a moments concern while I was away. Sadly my sweet pooch passed away a few weeks prior to their arrival so I can't provide a review on that aspect of their stay (although I'm confident it would have been wonderful). I can say however that they stayed in regular communication with me while I was away to assure me that all was well and upon my return my home was fresh and spotless. I cheerfully recommend John and Ann and I would welcome them back in a heartbeat.

!! AMAZING COUPLE !!
Ann and John are the best couple we could have met and had the honor to have at home to care for our Australian Cobberdog. We met via video and then in person and we liked them instantly. We left for Europe and Ann & John didn’t just take amazing care of Jazz, but they went above and beyond managing many things while we were away. They thought of everything, and more, and we were relaxed and confident during our whole trip. They are respectful, kind, warm-hearted and open-minded; they are the most responsible persons anyone could dream of having in their home and we only hope that they will be free and willing to return. We also hope to keep in touch as we really appreciated them both very much. Everything, everything, everything, was PERFECT!! Thank you, Ann & John, for being who you are and taking charge in our absence with such dedication, honesty, initiative and many more qualities!! Jazz was relaxed when we returned, went toward John with great ease and fondness (Ann had left the day before to welcome a dog in their home) and we knew everything had gone beautifully. On a scale of 1 to 10, they would get at least a 50!!! Anyone who is lucky enough to have Ann & John house/pet sit for them will be thrilled.
