About this sitter
Greetings! I'm a veteran public school teacher (music + photography) and classical musician seeking pet/house sitting adventures during my summer holidays. I adore animals, especially cats, and am currently fostering kittens as my elderly cats passed last summer. I'm trained in pet first aid/CPR and am Fear Free certified. My passions include photography, animal rescue, forest bathing and vegan cooking.
Why they want to house sit
I prefer having a "home base" when traveling. It allows me to more deeply absorb local sights/sounds/culture, and make new friends through the experience.

I've been pet/house sitting for family and friends for over 30 years. My most memorable sit was on a 60 acre farm in rural Vermont, watching over one cat, one dog and cows. This past year, also I've started up my own professional cat sitting business.
