About this sitter

I am starting an Interim position at a congregation in New Haven county. I have lived in Israel for almost 25 years and hope to retire there. I enjoy gardening and reading and have a real soft spot for succulent plants. I was vegetarian for over 20 years and explored many different cuisines in my kitchen. I love to bake breads, cookies and muffins with delicious and healthy ingredients and share them with neighbors and friends.

Why they want to house sit

With one child studying at university abroad and another accepted for pilot’s training I’m looking to keep my expenses low during the coming academic year so as to help them more.

Their experience

I have house sat for friends both in the US and Israel but only short term to date.

What can they bring to the assignment

I am an orderly person who takes my responsibility seriously. As a rabbi I have an irregular schedule but I enjoy spending quiet time at home particularly on my day off.
