About this sitter
I am a female who has a remote job working as a software consultant. Previously, I worked in elementary education for 11 years as a teacher and assistant principal.
Since I come from a large concrete jungle (Houston), I would especially like places with great nature and places to walk/hike. I don't have any pets of my own, but enjoy caring for others'. I also love plants!
Why they want to house sit
I love to travel and love learning from new experiences. I do not have any pets of my own, so I like to spend time with other people's pets and have a "friend or friends" around while I work remotely.

Another Great Sitter!
We seem to have great luck in getting great house sitters. Marilyn DelBosque was another in a long string of excellent house sitters. She arrived exactly when she said she would, kept our house tidy (even organizing parts that needed attention!), and our animals happy and healthy. Excellent cat herder/sitter!
What a relief it was for me to find someone mature, reliable, and energetic enough to care for all of my cats and my house. Four high-maintenance cats inside and feeding several outside, Marilyn kept on top of all their needs (no small task!). She was responsive and asked all the right questions; I felt very comfortable communicating with her. The cats took to her right away and I felt very secure while I was away knowing she was looking after my precious animals. I highly recommend Marilyn as a reliable, excellent house and pet sitter.
