About this sitter

My boyfriend Will and I met while we were hiking the Te Araroa trail in New Zealand, a 3,000 km long hike that spans the length of the country. It was a stunning trail, a fantastic experience, and we have been together ever since.

Having lived together in Wellington, New Zealand we have now decided to move to London, where Will was born. During our travels we have met many great people who have recommended House Sitting to us. So, while we settle into life in London, we thought it could be a great opportunity for us to get involved.

Why they want to house sit

We are both massive animal lovers, and also trying to live as environmentally conscious as possible.

The chance to adopt and look after pets is just so exciting for us. Once we’re settled for good we will surely fill our house with furry friends but til then this will have to do!

We also like the idea of living in an environmentally friendly way. Instead of a space lying dormant for months on end, that space can be shared, benefitting two parties instead of none.

Their experience

We both grew up with pets. I had dogs and cats while Will grew up with dogs, cats, hamsters and fish! We love to spend time with animals.

What can they bring to the assignment

We can bring a lot of love and affection!

We are both neat and tidy individuals who like to keep our personal spaces spick and span.

Will is a gardener and tree surgeon who loves to spend outdoors tending to trees and propagating plants! And I am a qualified yoga teacher.
