About this sitter
Hi, we are Nick and Linsey! We are two very responsible, clean and trustworthy people who love animals and spending time outside in nature. We do not smoke or drink, and some of our favorite things to do are reading, hiking, swimming, practicing yoga, taking long walks and running.
We work remotely and make our own schedules since we run our own online business. Our only requirements is that the home has strong wifi, cell service and that it is relatively clean when we arrive. We like to keep a very clean home, so rest assured that you will come home and not have to pick up a mess.
Why they want to house sit
We love to experience new areas. We are looking to buy a home, but not sure where so this gives us an opportunity to see other parts of the country we wouldn’t have the opportunity to otherwise.

We are very clean, mature and reliable house sitters. We love animals, and due to our flexible schedules, we are able to provide a lot of time and attention to your pet(s) and home. We love dog walking, and dedicate a lot of time each day to making sure that the dogs we watch get outside as much as they'd like.

Linsey and Nicholas were great guests— I was lucky enough to get to meet them the day before our trip as they came over to drop by and take a tour of the house. The cats seemed happy when we came back, we got a picture every day, and the house was incredibly clean, definitely cleaner than I’d managed to leave it for them. They reached out if they had questions, handled my car’s medicine, and cleaned up whenever she threw up in response to her newly increased dose. Would definitely have them here again, thanks you!

Linsey and Nick were a dream! They took spectacular care of our dog and our home and kept us perfectly updated while we were away. They were kind, generous, respectful and we had total peace of mind while away. We arrived home late and tired from a long travel day--and can't explain how wonderful it was to come home to a very happy dog and a spotless home. We (and our dog!) would be so grateful and lucky to have them stay again!

If there was a way to give Linsey and Nick more stars, I would! After being gone for 12 days we came home to a house that was cleaner than when we left. Our dogs were happy and well cared for. We got pictures and updates everyday. We could not have asked for anything more of our house/dog sitters. I would have Linsey and Nick back in an instant!

Linsey and Nick were about as perfect as sitters can be. Our lively standard poodle was happy (and tired!) when we returned and our house was spotless. They handled our list of to-dos without a hitch and helped us solve a tricky remote computer problem to boot. Good communication throughout. We hope we'll be lucky enough to have them sit for us again.

This wonderful an conscientious couple was absolutely perfect for our home and pet care. They were extremely detail oriented and wanted to make sure everything I needed and the animals needed was well taken care of. Their care went above and beyond. We got to meet one another the day prior to our departure and their warmth and kindness was beyond what I could have anticipated. It felt as though they were friends of our kids. Their genuine care for the house and plants was amazing as well. The house was spotless when we came back - the best welcome home gift! These two were really wonderful and helped me out in a pinch.  They communicated thoughtfully, clearly, and honestly throughout the stay navigating some stressful situations with my cats and neighbors.  My place was  immaculate when I came home with all the linens washed and the cats content. They left a thoughtful note  about their stay and even some fresh fruit in the refrigerator. Linsey and Nicholas were excellent House sitters and they really took to Henry and he to them! We received photos of them hiking and running together and they were able to give Henry his once a week allergy injection without any problem. When we returned the house was spotless and they even left us some delicious fruit and a sweet note. We were completely confident in leaving our home and our pet in their capable hands. Linsey and Nick were outstanding pet and house sitters. They took the time to understand our senior dogs needs, asked thoughtful questions and communicated logistics very well. Linsey and Nicholas were great housesitters! We would love to have them back to housesit again. They were very communicative, which I always appreciate. I could tell they had a lot of experience with different pet personalities and felt very comfortable leaving our pets in their care. They also went above and beyond with our cat who is very attached to our son and gets anxious when we live. They took great care of our house and everything was very clean when we returned. Linsey and Nick were a dream couple
Linsey and Nick were a dream couple to have stay in our home for seven days and care for our dog Bailey. They are very active and got Bailey out on hikes and runs and they sent photos of him while we were away and missing him. However, it wasn't just their pet care that impressed us. They were excellent communicators, asked great questions in preparation, were willing to do a pre-house sit meeting (they were staying nearby) and overall extremely organized and CLEAN! I generally keep a neat home but we came home to a sparkling place (after a long camping trip). Linens washed, fridge cleaned, impeccable detail to how things were arranged prior to our departure and house was cleaner than when we left it. We came home to fresh fruit and a detailed note about Bailey and how much they enjoyed their stay. I can't recommend Linsey and Nick more highly and I would and plan to invite them back whenever we travel. Friendly and lovely people!

Linsey was amazing! She and Nick went above and beyond. One of our pups was recovering from surgery, and I never had to worry about him while away. Linsey and Nick were fantastic house sitters! They were communicative and conscientious leading up to and throughout the stay. Our dog Tubs was very well taken care of too, with daily walks and hang time. Our house was immaculate when we got home. I highly recommend them! Linsey and Nicholas are dream dog caregivers
Linsey and Nicholas are dream dog caregivers!! They recently took care of our 10 year old dog Koa and our home for 12 nights. Linsey was open to talking via zoom early on and asked excellent questions during our chat. She followed up in the months before the "job" began and was extremely responsive throughout. They took great care of our home and were very quiet yet friendly according to our neighbors who work from home. Most importantly, they took excellent care of Koa. She enjoyed much more outdoor exercise with Linsey and Nicholas than she does with us! Once they knew I run with Koa on a regular basis they really maximized her outdoor exercise: a long run every morning with several long walks...every day! and Koa is not an easy dog to be outside with. She is triggered by other dogs so a steady hand and deep attention has to be spent when walking or running her. Linsey and Nicholas really proved their deep experience with dogs, even ones a bit more challenging like ours. They weren't phased by my warnings at all. They accepted my advice on the strategies to employ when taking her outside and best of all gave Koa the outdoor exercise that she craves. Linsey communicated with me frequently during their stay in our home and asked me if it was ok to feed Koa more food (due to the extra exercise!), ok to feed her sweet potato (she liked it!), and to let me know that Koa's paw was causing her some discomfort (fine now). I appreciate that they kindly agreed to end their stay a night early to allow my sister to take over for them a day earlier than planned. It was such a comfort to know that Koa was being well taken care of. I know Linsey and Nicholas may not always be in our area but they will be the first ones I contact when we plan to go away again. In summary, we highly recommend Linsey and Nicholas as dog caregivers. A+++. Best ever!
