About this sitter
I have been house and pet sitting in the UK, Spain, Portugal and the US. I am 65, non-smoker, healthy and independent. I love cats and am experienced with small and medium dogs.
Why they want to house sit
I lived in Australia for 30 years, and returned to UK to look after my mum till she passed away. I am now taking the opportunity to see the world, especially Spain where I've got a little flat near Valencia, and US west coast where my daughter lives. And Aus of course! I miss my pets who were re-homed when I left Brisbane, so I would love to care for yours.
Their experience
I have completed many sits since Jan 2022, and have great reviews. I have looked after large, medium and small dogs, cats, fish, a rabbit, chickens, a snake and a turtle so far!
What can they bring to the assignment
I always aim to look after the pets and the home as the home-owner would wish. I always keep in touch while they are away.

Lynne is a great catsitter
Lynne looked after my six cats and my house for eight days and I'm very happy she did! Lynne is great with cats, respects them and lets them meet her on their own terms (although with Cash, there's no choice, he's instantly everyone's best friend!) Reliable and loving sitter to our cats

A very good house and cat sitter - highly recommended
I am so grateful to Lynne for being available at short notice, for making it easy for me to go away knowing she would be very reliable, kind, attentive to the cats and house, and enjoy her time here. Phenomenal sitter and caretaker
Lynne was a courteous guest in our home while we were away for a month. She took excellent care of our old cat as well- keeping her up to date on meds, etc. Lynne provided regular check ins via whats app and worked with us when we needed to have someone over to clean the space. Upon arriving home it was evident that she took care of our things. We’d have Lynne back as a housesitter in a heartbeat.
