About this sitter
We are retirees, Mike, a former a self-employed recruiter and Carol, a Registered Nurse whose passion is travel. We live in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. .We are clean living home owners, having owned since 1984, and have experience caring for both domestic and farm animals. We will care for your home, as if it is our own.
Why they want to house sit
Housesitting is appealing, for the obvious reason, it's an economical way of travel. Our experience as homeowners gave us a caring perspective needed to occupy a home and to love animals in our charge. We also enjoy meeting prospective clients, and gain great satisfaction in building a trustworthy, dependable relationship, where homeowners will want us again.

We've owned homes since 1984. When we rented or have done sits, we've taken care of the home as if they were our own. We love animals and have had many pets over the years. Carol is a farm girl, and took care of many kinds - dogs, cats, cows, horses, chickens, etc. Carol volunteers at the Humane Society weekly walking dogs of all breeds. We've done 9 sits in the past 2 years through Trusted Housesitters.
