About this sitter

We are Barb and Jeff, retirees and long-time home and pet owners who no longer have pets of our own. With decades of experience taking care of pets for family, friends and neighbors, we love visiting new places with the added benefit of keeping company with your beloved animal companion(s).

Why they want to house sit

We love housesitting because it gives us the opportunity to live like locals while expanding our travel horizons. We are quiet and tidy and happy to keep your space neat and clean while caring for your pets. Jeff is handy when minor household issues arise, and we both enjoy caring for plants and gardens as needed.

Their experience

We've been pet sitting since we married 40+ years ago. Most of our experience is with cats and dogs, though we've also cared for rabbits and snakes. Barb has experience with routine equine care, and Jeff is skilled in administering oral medications to small animals. We are both happy to expand our repertoire as needed.

During your absence, we are happy to share photos and updates as much or as little as you prefer.
