About this sitter

We are Roland and Nicole, a non smoking Dutch couple living in Sweden and both crazy about animals and nature. Nicole used to be raised with dogs and Roland has been raised with birds and little animals and is experienced in gardening.
Roland has lived in Spain and also speaks the language (average).

We prefer a neat and clean house because we are also like that

We never charge for the house sitting as we consider the arrangement to be mutually beneficial - your home and pets looked after in return for free accommodation.

Why they want to house sit

We like to travel around the world.
The change of culture and preferably rural environment is something that we prefer. We want to achieve this through the combination of traveling and house sitting.

In the past we did several housesittings with dogs, cats, birds, chickens, sheeps, goats.

Catsop and feeding my old sheep. You were always there for me and it
was nice to have reliable and animal-friendly people who gave me a
helping hand at my old age.

because we want to do this more often and get some reliable contacts and feeling with the animals.

What can they bring to the assignment

Love for animals and nature always comes first.
We are quiet, neat, reliable and civilized and no party types at all.
We are also adventurous, enterprising, travel-loving, caring and easy to handle, both with people and animals. We also have a high sense of responsibility.
We speak Dutch, English, German and Spanish (average).
We are both "handys" if there is a little problem to solve.
