About this sitter

Energetic Non-Smoking Aussie Engineer who loves to travel. Own my own house with large garden which I maintain. See living in a country as a way to see and understand the places, history and people better, and think looking after a house might result in better connections than just living in an apartment or hotel.

Why they want to house sit

Love travelling and build a holiday around a special tour or country then like to stay and travel locally on public transport networks which are usually very good. Currently looking at travelling in Northern Europe and UK in April- May 2023

Their experience

No previous house-sitting experience but have owned my own house and garden for 32 years. No current cat but have had cats as pets most of my life.

What can they bring to the assignment

Apart from being very happy to look after small gardens and animals, I am very handy with things like sharpening knives and changing batteries in smoke detectors. I either travel alone or with my female cousins and being older we are responsible and quiet
