About this sitter

This is service is a dream come true for me. I care about every animal on the planet and work toward providing a great life for them now and into the future however I can. I enjoy travelling and have volunteered at a number of sanctuaries including the Elephant Nature Park in Thailand, Twala Trust Sanctuary in Zimbabwe, a donkey sanctuary in Greece, Monkey Island in Peru and LiBEARty Sanctuary in Romania. I became a Certified Pet Food Nutrition Specialist so I could provide the best nutrition for my dogs and cats and every other pet in the world. In addition to my son and granddaughter, animal welfare is my passion. I dog sit at home too for people who can't take their pets on vacation. The more animals in my life, the happier I am. I worked for the Regina Police Service for 25 years as the IT Manager before retiring.

What a perfect way for someone like me who wants to meet every dog and cat I run across. I'm truly appreciative of my time with pets. I don't mind meeting people too much either.

Yes. I have been dog sitting for about 10 years now and have excellent references. I use most of the income for medical expenses to help with street dogs from Iquitos Peru, and to bring them to my home city for adoption. I did one sit through Trusted Housesitters in 2017.
