About this sitter
Looking for housesits of a month or more. Love dogs & haven't a furbaby for a few years now. So happy to lavish lots of love on yours. Love gardening as well. Love kitties but allergic, so can’t do fully inside kitties or kitties in the same sleeping area.
I have been learning French & Spanish. I am a non-smoker.
Why they want to house sit
As an experienced traveler who sold there RV & has been in one place for a bit, I am looking to check out new areas. In the states the next few months and then abroad. Happy to have a nice place to write & new places to explore.
Their experience
I have done a short term pet sit with 9 dogs & 3 cats and last year did an awesome 3 month house sit in Canada .. no pets on that one. Responsibility for the house, yard & garden. :) Did 3 week & month long stays with dogs last summer along the CA coast.

The best and most loving house and dog sitter I can imagine!
Robin is an amazing woman who cared for our golden retriever and our home for a whole month while we were on vacation. She was simply wonderful, taking extremely good care of our old doggo, giving him all the love and attention we could have asked for as well as taking great care of our home. Unfortunately for Robin she hurt her leg while dog/house sitting, but in the true spirit of care-taking she never let her injury get in the way of tending to all the needs of our dog and home. Frankly, I don't know how she did it but somehow she still managed to maintain everything we had asked of her and then some. Our dog was groomed, walked, fed and loved with great attention and our house was as clean and lovely as we had hoped upon return (not one plant died!). No one....I mean NO ONE would be unhappy having Robin in their home and/or with their pet. I only wish we could use her more often but she is a busy lady and the world is calling! I know it may seem like a leap of faith to have a stranger in your home, but you will find in short order that Robin isn't a stranger to the needs of a home or a pet. She will listen to your requests and she will do all she can to live up to them and believe me...she will do it well. She is loving, kind, thoughtful, responsive and responsible. I couldn't ask for anyone better....
