About this sitter

Dear homeowners,

We are a loving family of three from Belgium, Tim (43 years old), Valerie (44 years old), and Tess (12 years old), and we would like to introduce ourselves as housesitters who prioritize caring for animals and maintaining a clean and organized home.

In addition to our passion for animals, we have a deep appreciation for culture, sports, and traveling. My husband and I, both digital nomads, embrace the freedom to explore new places and experiences. Tess, benefits from this lifestyle as well, as we engage in homeschooling to ensure her education continues to flourish.

At the moment we are at our tenth housit.

Our first six housesits we have done thrue Nomador.com, our last three sits we have done thrue Trustedhousesitters.com.

We realise that as a homeowner maybe you don't like couples with children, but I would like to mention that we have a very mature daughter who grew up with all kinds of animals and feels realy in touch with animals. She does not make movies in your house to send to friends, she loves to read and spent time with us as a family. She is easy going and very social.

We have a Rottweiler and a cat whom we cherish dearly. Their well-being is of utmost importance to us, and we take great pleasure in providing them with love, attention, and any necessary care they may require. During our roadtrip they will be staying at Tim's parents.

When entrusted with housesitting, we approach the responsibility with the utmost care and diligence. We believe in maintaining a clean and organized living environment, ensuring that all chores and necessary tasks are completed to the highest standards. We also respect very much your privacy, we don't invite anyone to your home.

As a family, we understand the significance of finding the right fit when it comes to housesitting arrangements. We are confident that our love for animals, commitment to cleanliness, and appreciation for culture will make us ideal candidates for your housesitting needs.

Why they want to house sit

Because we love to travel but during our travels we miss being around animals.
We can stay at hotels, vacation homes but that always feels so cold, empty.
We love to be in a home, were you can feel the warmth of the family and the love of the animals.

Their experience

We are currently at our thirteenth housesit, so we do have experience.

Our first six assignments were thrue Nomador housesitting and our last six via Trustedhousesitters.com.
We have experience with taking care of a variation of animals. Dogs, cats, hens, ducks, sheep, goats, rabbits, parrots, lovebirds....

1/What a pleasure to have a first petsitting with this wonderful, very respectful and frienly family. I think we reached the top for a first experience !!!! It is not easy to leave your animals whom ou cherish with people you don't know. But we were totally confident in Valérie, Tim and Tess after first sight! They spoiled our dog with more walks than she usually gets. Our cats, chicken and ducks were also very very well taken care of. Tess kept our informed almost everyday and sent videos to our daughter witch was very pleasent because we were gone for un entire month. We came back today and is is very relaxing to come home to a picked up very clean space. They took care of our plants too. I highly recommend this family. And something very special : they have a beautiful positive energy and your animals will feel it too and benefit from it when you are gone ...

2/Valérie and her family are very good house sitters. Our cat Shaka is in great shape and his coat is very beautiful, thanks to the brush strokes. The house is very clean. I recommend this very nice family :)

3/Very nice family. Their daughter loves animals, caring for them and caring for them. The family regularly sent us videos where we had the pleasure of seeing our animals in great shape. When we returned we found an immaculate house, cleaner than when we left, lawn mowed, henhouse cleaned... We thank them enormously for their investment. Family to welcome without fear, only pleasure.

4/What a lovely meeting with this adorable family! Valérie, Tim and Tess are people of rare kindness. They looked after our house and our cat and dog for three weeks, we left confident and totally reassured. Valérie regularly sent us photos of our animals and when we returned , the house was clean and impeccably kept. We sincerely hope that they will come back to us. Of course, we warmly recommend them.

5/Valérie and her family took very good care of my little dog, I had peace of mind during my stay knowing he was in good hands :) My house was in perfect condition and so were my plants when I returned. Communication went very well too, they were reachable at all times and attentive. I recommend!! :)

6/Great house sitter. They were perfect with our animals despite the difficulties encountered (weather etc). Caring people who send news often. House made clean and trouble free. I recommend and I will keep in touch for next time!

7/Valerie, Tim and Tess are the greatest house and pet sitters! So kind, warm and responsible. They were so caring with our little old cat who needs special care (injections twice day).
For us it was comfortable leaving our cat feeling safe in the knowledge she was in such lovely and caring hands.
The house was kept tidy too , sheets and towels washed and everything nice and clean.

They also communicated very spontanious, send us pictures and films. We could clearly see how they cared for our little cat.

We felt lucky to have these guys staying with our cat and house.

8/Tim, Valerie and Tess are a very nice and friendly family. We were very lucky to have them. The dog and chickens were happy and well taken care of. The house was immaculate when we came back and also the communication went very well they gave us regular updates of the dog. If by any chance they will be available again we would love them to come back and housesit for us.

9/An excellent family who love animals, extremely affectionate with them. Very tidy, clean and reliable. In a month I will repeat with them. Totally recommended.

10/It is the second time that this family has come to our house and we are delighted with them. They send us photos and videos of the animals, they are very happy. The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived. I would repeat without a doubt.

11/Valerie and Tim and their delightful daughter Tess were fantastic house- and pet-sitters. We would recommend them really strongly.
From the moment they arrived we knew we had chosen well. They are really friendly and easy to get on with and they all clearly adore the pets, particularly Tess who was so wonderful with Kimi and Rupi and showed a real maturity beyond her 13 years.
Valerie kept us informed of their activities throughout our trip with regular photo and video updates and dealt really well with the only minor emergency when Rupi returned from one of his adventures with blood pouring from cuts on his ears caused by the bushes he rummages around in ????
We returned to a spotless house and all of the towels and bedding washed and folded, even on a rainy day! Very pleasing after 36 hours of travelling home ????????
If you're lucky enough to be contacted by Valerie, Tim and Tess you should definitely trust them to look after your home and pets. We'd welcome them back anytime.

12/Valerie , Tim and their daughter Tess were wonderful pet sitters . The dogs loved them , plenty of updates and pictures of very happy dogs . The house was a joy to come back to , lovely and clean . They are a lovely family and we hope to stay in touch and meet up later in the year . Highly recommended ????
