Reliable, Flexible Remote Worker with Home-Sitting and Gardening Experience

About this sitter

23 year old male, recent college graduate working remotely. Looking to travel responsibly while enjoying the comforts of living in a home; having pets, a garden, and necessarily, Wi-Fi. I do not own a car, so particularly remote locations are not preferred. However, I am very flexible otherwise and am eager to build a set of good references.

Why they want to house sit

I am young, single, and eager to travel, but I am also very money conscious and prefer settling into an area for extended periods of time. I love animals and taking care of them, I don't mind house work, and I am happy to take care of plants. I have met other travelers who use this service who have managed to live in some amazing places and would like to do the same.

Their experience

I have house sat for a family friend on two occasions for the duration of a week. I took care of their two dogs, large garden, mail, and supervised cleaners and contractors working on a section of the house. I have also done paid gardening work for a neighbor.
I have not done any house-sits through MindMyHouse yet, though I aim to build up my references.

What can they bring to the assignment

Able-bodied, outdoorsy, responsible, and stable. I am able to take care of physical tasks around the house, keen to take energetic dogs for walks, communicative and dependable in order to ensure good references, and will generally be spending the majority of workdays at home due to my remote job.
