Yes! I have cleaned, seen and visited plenty! I always care to leave the place in same or better condition.
I was also Au-pair for 2 years and sometimes house-sitted when the family was out. The house did not run away.

What can they bring to the assignment

I'll keep your home secure and in the same state you leave it. If you have a pet, I'll spoil it with pets and walks... and if you'd like, I'll bake something nice for your return home.
