Why they want to house sit

It brings me a free place to stay in Italy. Preferably on or south of the line Lucca-Florence-San Marino. All year round with flexibility regarding expectations and tasks.

Their experience

Yes. Very much so. I have lots of friends with a house in Italy. I am a facility manager. I have had my own 3 rented locations in Italy for 9 years. A villa with 6 bedrooms pool on a 40 hectare country-estate. An old cappucine convent with a church and bedrooms/cells for 35 people. A villa with 4 appartments, pool and yoga platform. I dealt with all building-related problems and technicians solving those problems when necessary. I worked with the people of the comune. Did all types of gardening and building maintenance myself.

What can they bring to the assignment

My huge international network. I have been working internationally for 30 years. On LinkedIn i have 14.000 contacts. Depending on the type of house and your objectives it could be interesting to help and collaborate on rental, organisation of events, local representation, etc. Also, i could act as liaison if the owner wants to have works done by third parties while away him/her-self.
