About this sitter

We are a “young at heart” semi-retired couple who are well travelled. I am ex military aircrew, police pilot, air ambulance pilot and airline pilot; I reached the top of my game as an instructor and examiner then decided that I would take an early retirement and enjoy life to the full. My wife spent many years working in health care sector with her own Domiciliary Care Company, whilst raising, now grown up, children; she is a lovely lady with a heart of gold. She has also decided that it was time to enjoy life to the full alongside me.

Why they want to house sit

We were in business together until December 2011 when we decided to move to Kyrenia, Cyprus for a well-earned break. This then led us to move on to Alanya, Turkey in August 2013.We then went on to travelled the world, also taking on numerous house-sitting assignments which we have fully enjoyed. We also have our own homes in Spain & Northern Ireland and spend our time between the two. We have just recently joined MindMyHouse" as we are now ready to restart our adventure and see the world again. We would also be willing to discuss a house swap with our home in Spain to the right person with the same attributes as ourselves.

We are both extremely responsible, honest, reliable, "very clean" and tidy and are meticulous about keeping our home; and yours; immaculate. We are flexible, fit and healthy and we do not smoke. I consider myself and my wife to pleasant, loyal, genuine people always happy to help and oblige. Both of us are also animal lovers, we can guarantee you a pleasant home-sit service.
