We are a couple of active professionals living in Ottawa, who enjoy nature and history, love animals, and have fostered as volunteers for local cat shelters. We are clean and quiet and are looking for a place that can offer the opportunity to explore and feel the way of living of the place we are going while being able to work remotely and keep company with a furry friend.

Why they want to house sit

We think of house sitting as a unique and enriching experience for many reasons. The opportunity to explore new cultures, meet new people, and live like a local while spending time with a pet companion cannot compete with the regular traveling options. It’s also an opportunity to give back and help others, which is a commitment we cherish.

Their experience

We have fostered over 40 cats at our place in the past 4 years. They come from the Ottawa Humane Society. Other than that, we have taken care of friends’ pets and houses while they are away.
