About this sitter

Hello, we are Sahvannah and Hans Bastian, and we live happily in Denmark, Scandinavia
- when we are not travelling the world, or taking care of lovely animals and homes…
Sahvannah also offers single sittings, while Hans Bastian sometimes travels alone to the U.S. and Australia.

Sahvannah is a retired peace loving Herbalist and former Company owner (Interior decoration), and is deeply passionate about harvesting wild plants, with a focus on both culinary and medicinal uses.

Hans Bastian is a retired IT-Engineer, with carpenter skills and a flair for old motorbikes. He grew up on a family farm in the countryside, where he was immersed in a life filled with animals and daily chores, and he still loves it:)

We love restoring old houses, travelling, gardening, meditation, long walk’s, -reading brick-size lovely books, that never ends :)

We are pracical, flexible, non-smoking, clean and tidy, easy-going, dependable, and huge animal lovers…

Why they want to house sit

We are inspired by new surrondings, and at the same time making a difference for an animal, that probably misses ‘mum & dad’
Sahvannah is one of those ‘weird’ people, that loves to clean and loves to relax when all is neat and tidy, and everyone happy with a full belly :) -and we both enjoy the responsibility of taking care of a home and someones ‘fur-family’

Their experience

We have been taking care of animals and homes for friends, family and also professionally for many years, and are very exited about the ‘mindmyhouse’ platform. Sahvannah has also assisted in animal birth’s as a Herbalist many times, helped rescue dogs and cats, and been a foster mum for dogs, cats and birds.

What can they bring to the assignment

We are mature, easy-going and practical and can hopefully bring a sense of security to the home owners, - being able to take charge if something unforeseen happens, treat pet’s, plant’s and homes with Love and respect.
