About this sitter

While I am a kind, easy going and loving single guy, I also strive to be the best at what ever I do and now I have decided to become a Full Time Professional House Sitter. I am planning to say in Southern California, for the last 2 months of 2023 and launch my online Business in 2024. My focus will be on 2 things. 1,Taking my housesitting responsibilities very seriously and providing a high level of Satisfaction for you the Homeowner and your beloved pets. and 2. Start to process of editing my Writings, Books, and Success Strategies, as to publish on line and then travel the world house sitting and working from my phone and laptop.

What I am looking for in a house sit, with WIFI, a Nice Place, close to Nature or beach and a place I can think, write and work on my Fitness. Having a loving pets around to love is such a joy.

Why they want to house sit

I took care of my mom for the last 10 years of her life, after her passing, 2018, I sold the house,2022 and now I am free to travel and focus on my Writings and developing my online Business. Via phone and Laptop.

My experiences as a House Sitter and Caregiver.
I have two homes that I have house sat for a period of year 6 years in a row.
I have cared for healthy cats and elderly cats with special needs.
I also lived in Malibu as a Live-in, Cook, Dog walker & Masseur. (6-months.)

In our conversation and or in writing, your criteria of satisfaction is my top priority checklist.
1-Maintain the home and grounds with impeccable care? Check.
2-Follow the instructions of care and feeding of the plants and animals? Check.
3-Stay in communication as wanted and needed. Makes adjustments as / if needed. Done! What else?!
4-Get home safe. In all my travels and projects, I always remind myself…”The project or mission is not a 'Success' until I/we return home and are safely unpacked and then I/we can declare a 'Successful, Mission, Project or Trip. Check, Done! Hhhh.”TYG.
