Diligent House Sitting

About this sitter

We are a husband and wife with small dog from the United States. Daniel was born in Costa Rica and is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese, as well as having property management experience.
We have been living in Samara, Costa Rica since October 2022. We are looking for long term house sits around the beautiful country of Costa Rica.

Why they want to house sit

We love Costa Rica and all its beauty. We want to explore the country and all it has to offer. We are a small family who are responsible, thoughtful and diligent.

Their experience

We have not done any house sitting in the past, however, Daniel has experience in property management. We are detail oriented and care for our spaces (owned, rented or otherwise) well.

What can they bring to the assignment

To your home and animals, we can bring love and quality care. We are responsible and proactive in our own investments as well as those of others. We are also animal lovers of all kinds!
In regard to your property and employees, my husband is a Costa Rican citizen and speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese fluently.
