Hi,

My name is Becky. I’m a filmmaker and health coach, and I am available to look after your home and your pets. I am having a very relaxed time, travelling very gently around and am open to where to stay. I love to give cuddles, happy to do walks, feeds, meds, keep the place clean and all that is needed.

I am living a quiet life, with gentle walks, being near nature and spending time with animals. Currently based between Spain and the UK (with some recent visits to Italy too), and have spent many years as an ex-pat in Andalusia, but wanting to go further afield. Warm places are preferred!

I’m a relaxed and creative person who just loves animals and enjoys a healthy balance of work (online health coaching nowadays) and relaxation in nature.

Why they want to house sit

I am currently in Spain, and so I am free to come and housesit and pet sit - I am very quiet, travelling solo, and am into health, nature, art and reading...

Their experience

I love animals and am a quiet, nature-loving person.

I have looked after cats and rabbits throughout my life; other people's and my own, including twice being given a box of motherless kittens to rescue (living abroad!) - I loved looking after them, and having to feed them with syringes and keep them warm.

I really also love rabbits, and have house-trained my own longhaired ones in the past, including giving them meds when needed, and doing their haircuts myself (!)

I have had pet birds too and parrots of my own.

I love dogs, but didn't grow up with them, so I need tips if they are big dogs! Small dogs and puppies I am very happy looking after.

I have also lived in places where we feed the chickens, and motherless lambs, etc.

I have no animals of my own right now, so am free to look after yours.

What can they bring to the assignment

I am a very happy, chilled person, quiet and calm with animals (and with humans!) and I am very appreciative of the trust involved in sharing your home with a housesitter.

I am very affectionate with animals, happy to do several walks a day or give strokes if they are lapsitters or lounger types :)

I am clean and considerate of neighbours and the community. I am honest and trustworthy, also a communicator and happy to look after the utilities of your home as well as animals and to ask you if anything crops up.
