About this sitter

I’m a chill yet active person with a restless mind and plenty of diverse interests. I consider myself handy and resourceful, having lived independently and off the beaten path. I’ve grown my own garden, raised vegetables, and done various types of construction and manual work. I'm into healthy and sustainable lifestyle—non-smoker and vegetarian.

I have found my way to work remotely in the IT sector - which I love as it challenges me to keep learning on a daily basis and fulfills my desire to stay curious and being able to wander.

I enjoy tranquility, nature, reading, yoga, biking, hikes, outdoor sports and country side living, as well as live music and art in all its forms. And of course, I love animals and spending time with them!

Why they want to house sit

I love getting to know different places around the world, enjoying some alone and personal time for concentrating on my projects/studies and breaking up the routine. As I like to move quite a lot and chose not to adopt a animal companion for that reason so far, I do love spending time with animals so this platform is precious to me :) I hope I can gain more experience and build a trustable profile for the years to come.

House sitting for longer periods makes more sense to me if I am going to travel far distances, while promoting trust-based exchange relationships that I value.

Their experience

I recently had an awesome first experience in this site. Before that, I already was experienced in taking care of someone else's place, project and dear animals- and building carefully a new relation with them! I am also a usual pet sitter for my friends on short stays.

I share house with foster dogs, cats and chickens. Animals have always been a part of the places I’ve lived. My travels through Workaway and Couchsurfing have given me the chance to live in various environments, including farms, where I took on routines like animal care, garden tending, and house-sitting in exchange for accommodation and volunteering.

What can they bring to the assignment
