About this sitter

I have been an apartment auditor since the year of 2008, I've been working in Audiovisual Productions since 2010 with a degree in the Arts since 2006. I look forward to working with a homeowner that maybe looking for a consistent or on call house sitter throughout the year.

Why they want to house sit

I want to house sit to build an experience in order to work for a Home Owners Associations or to obtain another position as Board of Directors for another community. I want to be a House Sitter, simply because I am use to the environment of waiting on service to be requested either at the last minute or at a scheduled time.

Their experience

My experience reflects within May of 2020 until December 31, 2022, I was on The Board of Directors; At Large, assisting tenants in finding a new home to move to, negotiating with developers and settling decisions with Property Management and our lawyer who represents our Board of Directors through the Tenants Association of DC. My first time house-sitting was with a friend during the summer of 2002.

What I can offer to you, is security to ensure your home is secured, reliability; as I'm considered on-call plus a high demand contractor, I clean, sanitize, and maintain your home is in good health. As Laundry Boutique Hotel, I have experience washing laundry with experience maintaining a dance studio in Health and Fitness, providing hospitality value in my line of work.
