What can they bring to the assignment

I have owned and maintained a dozen homes in the USA in my lifetime. I'm familiar with home systems, maintenance and security. I have owned three English Springer Spaniels over the years. I have house sit for 8 years now. I'm in excellent health and walk 3-4 miles a day. Dogs adore me as I do them.
