Hey! I am a 52 year old woman with a grown daughter and an 11 year old pit/lab mix named Mazzy. We added a kitten named Grits last year.
Why they want to house sit
I am close to being an empty nester and can start doing some traveling. I love animals as well as being able to experience a new town from more of a local's perspective, I find that house sitting is a great fit for me.
Their experience
I have a small house cleaning business and have done some pet sitting for several of my clients over the years. I also traveled to Chicago and dog sat for a lady on one of the house sitting sites several years ago. It was a great experience. I have always had dogs and cats as pets as well.
What can they bring to the assignment
As I mentioned before, I have a house cleaning business so I am comfortable being in other people's homes and taking care of their animals and plants etc. My business has been successful for 16 years so that shows that I am dependable, responsible and reliable. I love animals and they love me as well. I will treat your pets and your home as I would my own.

A Wonderful Sitter!
I so enjoyed having Laura take care of my 2 kitties. From her photos and communications they seemed to be contented and lazy, as normal. When I came home they seemed totally unconcerned, proving they were well cared for. Laura left my home spotlessly clean and the litter boxes cleaned. She communicated frequently before, during, and after her stay so we were both clear on everything. It was a pleasure getting to know her.
