Hello! I'm Nina, an experienced house and pet sitter with 30 years of experience in house sitting and property management, along with a lifetime of experience caring for animals, plants, homes, and rural properties.

I genuinely enjoy caring for animals and getting to know the places I visit. I'm equally comfortable in a quiet country home, a property with gardens and acreage, or a home in the city.

Their experience

I've worked with animals since my teens, including rescue work, and have extensive experience with dogs, cats, horses, chickens, birds, fish, rabbits, goats, pigs, reptiles, and other animals. I'm also an experienced farmer and herbalist, so I understand that caring for a home can involve much more than simply feeding the pets.

I have 30 years of house-sitting and property-management experience, including regular home upkeep, property maintenance, gardening, and small home repairs. I am a hands-on, responsible person who notices what needs to be done and takes pride in leaving a property well cared for.

I'm also CPR/AED certified and have passed a background check.

What can they bring to the assignment

I'm super kind, positive and diverse.
I also work in Animal transport, I do not take those contracts while house/pet sitting unless they're local to the sit. I transport VIP pets and adoption placements.

Communication is very important to me. I keep homeowners updated, send photos when appropriate, and treat their home and animals with the same care and respect I would want someone to show mine.

I love peaceful places, gardens, animals, nature, and exploring new communities. I'm comfortable in both rural and city environments and enjoy discovering what makes each place special.

My goal is simple: when you return home, you should feel confident that your animals were loved, your home was respected, and everything was well cared for.
