House sitting is a great way to get to know other parts of the world as if you're a 'local' and get to meet new people.
Their experience
I'm an experienced cat owner/sitter and a house owner since I was 21, raised a family. Have been looking after some of my friend's houses and pets over the years and recently looked after a house, cat and tortoise of a very kind family in London and also looked after a house and cat for two weeks in France.

Excellent House Sitter
Pam house sat for us for a week and both pets were beautifully cared for, she kindly hand fed our tortoise which the only way to make sure he eats enough, but was beyond the call of duty. Pam was a charming person and delightful to spend time with. Plus the house seemed cleaner than when we left it ! It was her first house sit and I am sure she will go on to make a great success of any further invitations.
