British American Family Who Loves Nature

About this sitter

We're an American/British family with two quiet well mannered children (Roxana who is 12, and Noah who is 6) whom we home educate. I (Stacy) am a herbalist and do web designs while my husband (Fereidoon) is an Electrical Engineering Lecturer / professor (currently working online). We'd prefer a longer house sit to get settled into the house and explore the area while we're looking after your property. We are both non-smokers and non-drinkers.

Why they want to house sit

At the moment we're free to move around and would like to experience and explore different areas.
We've always owned our own houses, so we understand how hard it is and how long it takes to build a comfortable home of your dreams, and therefore we naturally treat other people's property as our own.

House sitting gives us freedom to explore and end up in places we might never have known existed had there not been a house sitting listing available at that place (can you tell we're adventurous)?

As a family we love the outdoors, nature, peace and quiet, but also cities with all their hustle and bustle, shopping and more.

We currently live in our house in the Texas Panhandle and will be free to housesit from November.

Their experience

Together, we have tons of experience in looking after houses because we've always owned our own. Stacy is a herbalist and has grew up on a farm with horses, goats, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats, while Fereidoon is a master at keeping things organized, clean and maintained due to his Electrical Engineering and teaching background. We've lived in major cities and the countryside from the Rocky Mountains of Idaho to central Atlanta GA, to smaller coastal towns of England (UK) to Texas Panhandle Prairie where we currently live, so our skills and mindset are very broad and we love the variety.

What can they bring to the assignment

So far all the houses we've owned we've remodeled/renovated from being fixer uppers so we have a very broad set of skills when it comes to caring for houses and doing general maintenance. Your home will be in excellent hands, and we as a family will treat it as our own; with respect and love while we watch over it as long as you're away since we would want our house to be looked after the same way.
