Hi, I’m Yann.
A single, non smoker, digital nomad, 46 years old French/Swiss traveller.

I was born and raised in Lyon, France but I lived in Switzerland for 20 years due to my career in facilities management for multinational companies.
AT my 40’s I decided to quit the rat race and live my dream: I bought a motorhome and explored the Panamerican highway From USA to Chile during a 6 years slow travel -along with Summer- my rescue dog. During this period, I worked as a video shooter/editor and started my online business in education and digital property management.

I’m a quiet person with a healthy lifestyle. My average day starts early in the morning with sport activity routine which I like to do along with the pets when posible. I then organize my work day (4 to 5h/day) according the house and pets needs since they’re priority number one.

Why they want to house sit

I keep on discovering the world, the digital nomad way. Longer periods of time in places where I can realize my daily online activity, while getting to know new cultures and atmospheres.

It' s also for me the opportunity to help people, providing them with the confidence they have a trustable person in charge, while experiencing myself a tiny bit of their life.

Their experience

Although pretty new to the house/pet siting scene, I’ve been active in the travelers/volunteering world (AirBnB, HelpX, Workaway) and can provide records of positive feedbacks regarding my stays and personality. You’ll find me as a well travelled, educated and organized individual with a special affection for pets.

What can they bring to the assignment

I’m an animal person and have a special bond with dogs and cats. Since I’ve lost my furry companion, the hardest decision has been not to rescue another yet, and so I can keep my actual freedom to travel. You can then be ensured I’ll take care of your pets the same as I would do for mine: the best possible way.

During a stay at yours, I would focus on your absolute peace of mind. From making sure your pets live their best life (although missing their parents), to the security of your property, while maintaining everything so it will be the exact same as when you left.
