Long term~ quiet, private, house, pet, or farm sit. Retired, financially secure, single adult female with a 4 month old service dog in training, Ford Julius. I would like to relocate from Long Island to ? This would allow for exploring different areas of the southern, East Coast with minimal financial expenditure on my part. I am able to maintain and repair residential homes, grounds, accessories dwellings, recreational components and vehicles. Experienced in construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, irrigation, swimming pools, tennis courts, boats, farming, animal care and husbandry, nuisance wildlife control operation, medical background to give a broad idea. No smoking/drugs/partying. Keep to myself and mind my own business.
I don't require any special accommodations such as car/linens. I drive a Chevy Tahoe.
