Retired, financially secure, single adult female with a friendly 2 year old service dog, Ford Julius. Looking for a (3-12) month quiet, private, house/farm sit in the Northeast, including Long Island. No cities. I maintain homes and property to impeccable standards. Experienced in construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, irrigation, landscaping, swimming pools, tennis courts, boats, vehicle maintenance and detailing, comprehensive animal care, pest management/extermination and trapping licenses. Early life medical background nursing/OR. I am mature, responsible, conservative, quiet and possess mountains of common sense and logic. No smoking/drugs/partying.
