Hello Snowbirds, are you looking to find a professional property manager and/or pet sitter while you are away? My name Anita and I am a mature 54-year-old adult, available to house sit and pet sit for you while you head south for winter.

I love animals and enjoy property management. I am currently looking looking for a position that will allow me the time that I need to write a my book, as I am currently writing a memoir on my 10 years living in the wilderness.

What can they bring to the assignment

I have just finished a 10-year stint managing a wilderness lodge, and would treat your property and pets with the same integrity as I did the lodge. My duties at the lodge included; successfully taking care of the property in terms of plumbing, electrical, fire prevention, security, ensuring the safety of all guests, managing wild life, pest management, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness of the property and calling in professional services when needed, recognizing deficiencies needing to be fixed, managing snow and ice, gardening and landscaping, handling emergencies and living in a remote location.
