Hello!

My name is Erin and I am originally from New York but have been living in Barcelona for the past 7 years and have a background in classical music and pure mathematics. As an occupation, I teach mathematics at an international school and I also co-owner of a martial arts studio in Barcelona.

I am looking for something rural or by the beach or lake ideally. I would love it if there were animals to look after as well.

Why they want to house sit

I am looking to house sit in order to escape Barcelona summer and also be around animals and nature. If I can help someone mantain their property and look after their beloved pets while also getting some peace and quiet, it would be the ideal situation for me :)

I will be traveling with my partner who is also from New York and is in digital marketing. He is also co-owner in our business and in addition owns a beautiful house in Spain and understands how to maintain a property. I on the other hand, have had much experience in gardening, ground maintenance and taking care of animals :)

As our business is closed for August, we are simply looking for a place to rest our heads, be in nature, feel inspired by our surroundings, take care of beauty and escape the Barcelona summer.

Our dates would be from August 8th (flexible) until the end of the month.

I have pet sat many times (cats and dogs) as well las watched friends apartments (watering their plants and keeping it tidy while they are away).

What can they bring to the assignment

As an individual, I am very respectful, organized, responsible, tidy and have a great appreciation for art and understand the importance of mantaining a beautiful space. This also comes with owning a martial arts studio. Having gone to a Rudolf-Steiner school, I also have had much experience in gardening, ground maintenance and taking care of animals :)
