About this sitter
We wish to take care of pets, as we genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and have experience caring for various breeds and species, I am an empty nester who enjoy taking care, playing and cherishing animals as they are so much more grateful than humans lol .
A comfortable and welcoming home … not looking for a resort by any mean but clean and inviting.

we love to pet sit as it combines our passion for animals with our desire to explore new places. Taking care of animals is particularly important to us . It’s incredibly rewarding to be accepted and loved by the animals we take care of … we play with them , talk to them and really treat them as if they were our children …
have come to realize that we all need to experience certain fundamental aspects:in life such as certainty, variety, significance, connection/love, growth, and contribution. As silly as it may seem, pet and house sitting fulfills all of these basic needs."

We are currently on a 3 months assignment in Tenerife weeks asignememt, taking care of a finca with chickens, 2 cats and an amazing German Shepard . I have watch dogs for more than 20 years
We take pride in being active ,clean, honest, reliable, and non-smoker, we respect the routines of both people and animals, ensuring that their comfort and happiness come first. We have a deep understanding of animals behavior and are attuned to the emotional needs of animals, especially when they experience anxiety due to their owners' absence. I recognize the distress they feel when they see suitcases packed, and I approach them with patience and respect, allowing them to come to me at their own pace, a gentle dance, where they set the rhythm.
We are always available for those much-needed petting and hugging sessions that both pets and us cherish .

The animals are NEVER ALONE more that 3 hours . And all together max 10 hours a week .

A dream come true
We were incredibly fortunate to have Emma and Michel house-sit and pet-sit for us for 10 weeks while we were traveling in Argentina and Chile — and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for better people. They were absolutely extraordinary in every possible way. They cared for our dog, two cats, chickens, ducks, and our entire property as if it were their own home. Great animal-loving couple
Emmanuelle and her partner took care of our house, kittens, dog and chickens for a week. The most important for us: they are really good with animals and enjoy long dog-walks. Our sensitive border collie got all the attention in just the right way to be happy and relaxed when we got back. They kept us updated throughout as well, and left the apartment tidy & clean. They'd be very welcome to come back.

Great house/dog-sitters
Emmy and Michel were wonderful sitters for our house and dog Roxanne. They gave her a lot of attention and sent photos frequently. They also looked after our houseplants, which flourished while we were gone. We couldn't ask for anything more in housesitters!

Reliable, loving and responsible dog/housesitter
It was a gift to have such a responsible dog-sitter -- it made our trip much less stressful to know our baby was in Emma and Michel's care. Emma sent pictures and videos every day, which we so appreciated. They took our dog Kiki along on outings and clearly made her a priority. We got notes saying how much they loved her and it was obvious they had bonded. They also took great care of the garden, indoor plants, and house. They left the house spotless and were careful drivers borrowing our car. Emma communicated their plans to us and went out of her way to make sure she was here before we left. We highly recommend them to anyone who might be anxious about having house-sitters -- your pets and home will be well cared for and all the communication will alleviate any concerns.

Don't hesItate.
I have had many wonderful experiences with Mindmyhouse. When I was looking for a sitter for my dog, Emma and her partner Michel, reached out to me. I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant because they didn't have any testimonials on this website. We had a FaceTime call and felt a connection with this couple. Well long story short, I couldn't have been happier with them. They were flexible, they left my house in pristine condition and most of all, my dog, Peg was taken great care of. They sent me videos and photos every day!!!! Lovely people! If you are looking for dog sitters, this couple should be your choice! I will be contacting them again for future doggie care. Wonderful pet and housesitters
Emmanuelle (Emma) and her partner Michel stayed at my house for two weeks and took care of my precious cats. They were very responsive to emails and texts before and during the sit and that made me feel very comfortable. They kept us updated about the cats and how they were doing and sent photos and videos which I liked. When we returned home we found the house and pets very well taken care of, along with the inside and outside plants - it's a bonus that Michel is an experienced landscaper. I wish them well in their future sits and would be happy to have them back anytime.
