Responsible Empty Nester for House Sitting and Property Care

About this sitter

I am a Mom of adult kids who was laid off from my tech marketing job. I am looking for somewhat local house-sitting jobs in the N. VA/DC area to help with finances while I look for a new permanent role.

Having owned a home with my husband for 25 years, I know how to care for it and I even know how to keep a backyard swimming pool running and balanced.

I can do long jobs or short jobs, stay at your home or my own place overnight. I would welcome the opportunity to care for pets (cats, rabbits, fish and dogs if they are *gentle, low maintenance*.

Looking for side-gigs and supplemental income while still being available for job search and interviews for my dayjob.
