Friendly family looking for sitter opportunities in Scandinavia

About this sitter

We are a family of four, myself, my husband Will and our two daughters (3 and 5 yrs). We are a young active family who like to be out exploring. We've recently emigrated to Norway for a work opportunity and hope to explore Scandinavia further through house sits as part of our adventure.

Why they want to house sit

We see a house sit as a way to better experience 'living like a local' and to feel the community spirit. We are currently located in a stunning part of Norway (on the west coast) but want to explore further into Scandinavia's dynamic nature.

Their experience

I have been caring for pets locally since completing a PhD 10 years ago. To date we have had dogs come to stay with us, or looked after cats, poultry and bees in their own homes. We have house sat for 2 dogs in the south of France for 3 weeks and had pet sitters look after our dogs for the first time this year.

What can they bring to the assignment

We are a trustworthy family with experience in care for dogs, cats, poultry and beekeeping. We have spent the past 7 years renovating a property in England and so have gained many DIY skills. We kept an allotment and polytunnel for vegetables and so consider ourselves green fingered!
