I'm a therapist looking for a home in which I can work remotely. I am sociable but am also very independent, so like my alone time.

Why they want to house sit

I'd love to explore living in different places whilst enjoying the company of some lovely animals. I greatly appreciate the sense of purpose/fulfillment from taking care of pets, having grown up with hamsters, rabbits and dogs!!

Their experience

I've been house-sitting for over 5 years now; including looking afer dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, tortoises, fish and garden maintenance. I've had experience with a wide variey of breeds, ages (i.e. puppies and kittens as well as senior pets), as well as rescue animals with more traumatic backgrounds. I feel confident in giving medication if required.
I've done sits ranging from a couple of nights to 3 months over the UK.

What can they bring to the assignment

I can bring an open mind & heart, and lots of enthusiasm. I am not expecting your home/pet to be perfect as that is unrealistic; I like learning the quirks of each new animal I take care of. All I ask if for you to be straightforward with your expectations/ clearly communicate how you'd like your pet to be cared for, and I will adapt my routine to what works best according to that!
