I am 60 years old and have just finished a great career in finance. I want to travel, but take my time. With animals, you never feel alone. And walking an animal makes it conducive to meeting local people.
Why they want to house sit
Since COVID, traveling to North America has become extremely expensive, especially due to exchange rates. Sitting is a great way to travel, not be alone, and connect with people from other countries.

Francois was a lifesaver! He came over to the UK to watch our dog for three weeks on short notice and we were so lucky to have him. He took great care of our dog and our house, and even helped us deal with having potential buyers come for viewings (our house is on the market). He was great at communicating and keeping us informed about things at the house and with our dog. I fully trusted that he could handle whatever situation might have come up.
